During the preparation of the self study, eight additional members will join the committee as the co-chairs of the four major standards committees. The Accreditation Liaison Officer will appoint administration members, Faculty Senate will appoint faculty members, ACCME will appoint management members, CSEA will appoint classified members, and ASCC will appoint student members.

The committee members, except for the standard committee co-chairs and student member, will serve through one entire six-year accreditation cycle. The cycle will commence immediately after the preparation of the midterm report. The ASCC member will serve a one-year term.
