How To Order a Transcript
ATTENTION! Please contact Credentials Inc. Customer Service at (847) 716-3005, hours of operation: M-TH 7 am - 7 pm Central Time and Fridays 7 am - 5 pm Central Time, with any and all questions regarding the transcript process.
DISCLAIMER: You are responsible for providing accurate mailing addresses. Replacement transcript requests resulting from inaccurate mailing addresses are subject to the normal transcript fee. We are not responsible for mishandling by the U.S. Post Office or the receiving school or agency.
There are three ways in which you can order an official transcript from Cerritos College:
Option 1: Over the Internet
Cerritos College has retained Credentials, Inc. to accept transcript orders on the Internet via a secured site. Please contact Credentials, Inc. Customer Service at (847) 716-3005 if you need assistance with this service.
Allows you to place orders for official transcripts without having to mail in a request.
Helps you deliver the authorization required by the school. NOTE: Your transcript request is not accepted until the authorization form is received.
Supports payment by credit card.
Provides e-mail or fax communication with you while your order is being processed.
Eliminates the hassles of walking to the Admission's Office and waiting in line.
Lets you enter your order anytime day or night.
- Cerritos College does NOT offer a pick up service for Transcripts ordered online.
Regular Service is 7 business days processing time. There is a $5.50 fee per transcript for this service. Free transcripts are not available using the online option. RUSH transcripts are NOT available using the online option.

Option 2: By Mail
If you wish to request your transcript by mail, please send a letter to Cerritos College including the following information:
- Name (as it appears on your transcript).
- Date of Birth
- Social Security Number or Student Number
- Address or addresses where you want your transcripts sent .
- Number of copies requested.
- Sign your request.
Include a money order for $3 (per transcript) for Regular Service and $10 (per transcript) for RUSH Service. Mail your request to the address listed below.

Regular Service is 7 business days processing time, not including: mailing time, holidays or weekends.
Option 3: In Person
You may come in person to request your transcript. You may pay the fee for Rush service so that your transcripts will be available the next business day or we will mail it the next business day. Photo Identification is required at the time the request is made and at the time pick up is made.
Rush Service: There is a $10 fee per transcript for these services. RUSH Pick Ups require a two(2) hour processing time. RUSH Mail will go out the next business day. It will be mailed out to the address you specify.
Regular Service is 7 business days processing time (not including mailing time, holidays or weekends). There is a $3 fee per transcript after requesting the two free copies.
