The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009-On February 13, 2009, the House of Representatives and Senate approved the conference report.  The report estimates that in California alone, 396,000 jobs will be created/saved within the next 2 years.  In addition, $53 Billion is going towards improving Education and Training and $43 Billion in Energy is going towards created a "clean" America.
