Description:
One of the fastest growing automotive fields, hybrid electric vehicles (HEV) provides both opportunities and challenges to automotive technicians. The HEV technology is more fuel efficient and environmentally friendly compared to conventional vehicles. This class is an extensive combination of “lecture & hands-on” learning. This 2-day course will cover the fundamentals of electric propulsion concepts, blending traditional engine and electric propulsion torque, system design, basic and enhanced diagnostic considerations, and special service topics of HEVs.
