EVENT: 2012 ATC Skills Competition, Phase II

Phase II of the Automotive Technology Compeition hosted by SMCDA and GLANCDA will be held at Cerritos College Automotive on Saturday, February 11, 2012.

High School students from the Los Angeles and Greater Long Beach areas will compete for prizes and a trip to New York to compete at the National Technology Competition April 26 & 27.

EVENT: The Open House for Automotive Careers Institute (ACI) will be Monday, September 13, 2010 at 6:00pm at Cerritos College in the Auto Technology building.

EVENT: Cerritos College was the only school in the United States to be a part of the Mini E Pilot Program. These all-electric vehicles were used around campus as part of a field trial for BMW USA.  Check out our new Mini-E's!

EVENT: Cerritos College's Groundbreaking Ceremony for the new Southland Cerritos Center for Transportation Technologies (SCCTT), a signature automotive technology training center was held Friday, March 27^th.

The SCCTT will feature a state-of-the-art Hybrid and Alternative Fuels Training Center, three manufacturer-sponsored technician apprentice programs (General Motors, Ford and Chrysler), and Northwood University’s West Coast program center that offers a bachelor’s degree in automotive management for full-time students and working adults.
