Dr. Bob Hughlett was installed as a Board member on December 7, 2005 and was re-elected in 2009.  He is a retired administrator from Cerritos College.  Dr. Hughlett is also a former council member for the City of Cerritos and Board of Education member for the ABC Unified School District.  He is very active in his community and has served as a Board member for numerous organizations.
