Welcome To My Web Page

             I work in Disabled Student Programs & Services (DSP&S) at Cerritos College as a Student Services Assistant.  Our internet address, in the event that you would like to contact us is http://www.cerritos.edu/dsps/. I've been with DSP&S for 15 years in various positions.  My experience with persons with disabilities started at the age of 12 when my mom and dad  became foster parents for children with Downs Syndrome.   

            My current assignment in DSP&S is in Central Intake & Services (CIS) and involves providing intake assistance for new students with disabilities, administering accommodated placement tests, and a variety of other student related duties.  I can be reached in the Santa Barbara Building on campus or at (562) 860-2451, Ext. 2341.  My e-mail address is boyce@cerritos.edu. 

Working in DSP&S is very challenging at times.  One of the perks is the great staff and friends that I get to work with.

            When I'm not at work, my favorite place on earth to be is with my family.  My husband, Kevin is the Executive Pastor at our church in Long Beach, Light and Life Christian Fellowship (www.llcf.org).  We have three children.  One of their greatest loves is their cat, Mandy.
