Appointment Scheduling

To schedule a counseling appointment, you must have a valid Cerritos Student Number.

Submit an Admissions application to receive a number or to activate a previous student number.

Counseling appointments are scheduled two weeks in advance. The earliest available appointment time is 8:00 a.m. and the last time an appointment may be booked is 6:30 p.m. A limited number of appointment times are designated to be booked online. If appointment availability through the online mode does not accommodate scheduling, please call (562) 860-2451 ext. 2231 Monday – Thursday 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m., Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. 

F-1 VISA students must contact a counselor through the International Student Center.

Check-in for your appointment at the Counseling Reception desk in the Administration Building.

Please remember to bring:
*A copy of your Cerritos unofficial transcript
*Copies of transcripts from all other colleges attended (if applicable)
