Court Reporting is Alive and Well!

 

Come and learn about all the wonderful things you can do with training in court reporting!  It’s interesting, financially rewarding, and the opportunities keep growing!  Did you know that it’s court reporters that do closed-captioning!  Court reporters work in court!  Court Reporters take down depositions in attorneys’ offices!  Court Reporters use their skills for Entertainment Reporting, Reporting over the Internet, Police Transcription, Insurance Transcription, Broadcast and Classroom Captioning, and even more!  Come see what it’s all about!

 

This is where you learn what it’s all about!  That funny little machine and tickling its keys!  Job opportunities!  Income potential!

When:  1st 9-week session. 
In-person Orientation  Tuesday, January 10, 2012, 6-7:30 p.m. in FA 71 (the Court Reporting Department Office -- Unless otherwise posted and notified**.)

How:
  Register at Cerritos College now!  It’s a 1-unit class.

Who:  Anyone who is interested!   No prerequisites!  
                    **(High school students, see your counselor and get prior approval to earn high school AND college credit with NO FEES!)
