NLMUSD - La Mirada High School

The Cerritos Complete program is a great opportunity for high school seniors to smoothly transition to college. This program provides opportunities for high school seniors to obtain the skills and knowledge needed for college, explore a variety of careers, save money on their college education, and graduate from college on-time. Cerritos Complete is available to graduating high school seniors from our local school districts who complete the steps in high school.

High School Senior Steps:

  1. (a) FAFSA/DREAM Act Application - Deadline to Submit application is 3/2
    (b) Financial Aid Packet - Must be completed and all forms must be submitted to Ceritos College Financial Aid Office - Deadline 4/30
    (Optional) Parent Night at La Mirada High School - 1/17 at 6pm-7:30pm in MPR
  2. On-Site Admissions (Cerritos College Summer Application) at La Mirada High School - 2/20 at 9am-11am in Library
  3. Cerritos Complete Intent Form - 3/2 at 12pm 
    Assessment Prep Workshop at La Mirada High School - 2/26 at 9am-10am in MPR
  4. Assessment Testing at La Mirada High School - 3/19 at 8am-12pm in Library & 3/20 at 8am-12pm in Library
  5. Online Orientation in student MyCerritos account - 3/27 at 12pm 
  6. Attend Falcon Edge (Cerritos Complete Planning & Scheduling Workshop) at Cerritos College - April
  7. (a) Signup for a COUN 101A class during Summer Semester - May 8
    (b) Attend and successful pass the COUN 101A class  & Submit a Commitment Contract - May-August
  8. Enroll in classes in student MyCerritos account for Cerritos College Fall Semester - June 4 

Students that successfully complete all 8 steps will be admitted into the Cerritos Complete program.
