Things to Note…

>>>  The Cerritos College 2006 Career Expo will be held on Thursday, April 20, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the student center.

Early registration is $75 per company or organization and includes a lunch ticket. Additional lunch tickets are $10 each. Registration after March 31 is $90. Parking for the event is free in Parking C-10.

To date, employers attending the fair include Auto Club of Southern California, Babies R Us, Bally Total Fitness, the City of Long Beach, Contractors' Warehouse, FedEx Ground, Hyatt Regency Newport Beach, Link Staffing Services, Los Angeles Airport Police, Los Angeles County Police, Los Angeles County Sheriff's Dept., Marina Medical Billing Service, Inc., PCI College, California Highway Patrol, and Macy's West-Cerritos.

>>>TB Test Update Services for Employees. Faculty, management and classified employees who have received “Tuberculin Test Update” notices from Cerritos College's Human Resources department may obtain a district-paid tuberculin skin test at Student Health Services (SHS) by presenting the goldenrod-colored notice they received to the SHS staff at the time they appear for testing. The testing service is available on the following dates/times: Monday – Friday,March 6 - 31; 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.

>>> Women's History Month 6th Annual Breast Cancer Awareness Walk.  The event is sponsored by Cerritos College Physical Education department to educate men and women about breast cancer and celebrate survivors.
