Theatre Department to Present The Merry Wives of Windsor

Shakespearean Comedy Features Sumptuous Period Costumes & Set

WHAT: The Cerritos College Theatre Department is pleased to open the 2009-2010 season with one of William Shakespeare’s delightful farcical comedies, The Merry Wives of Windsor. This gleeful comedy centers on Falstaff, the loudmouthed, braggart coxswain, as he attempts to woo a pair of married wealthy Windsor ladies. Love burns a hilarious path through this town and this tale.  Audiences will enjoy the sumptuous period piece of theatre.
