K-16 Bridge is a student success initiative & partnership between Cerritos College
and our five local school districts (ABC, Bellflower, Downey, Norwalk / La Mirada,
and Paramount Unified.)
As part of the Cerritos College commitment to student success, students in K-16 Bridge
will recieve step-by-step assistance in completing the college Early Success Program
(ESP), enrollment in a Summer Connections Course, one-on-one counseling and advisement,
career exploration assistance, workshops and a personalized (12-15 unit recommended)
schedule for their first year (Fall & Spring) of college.
Students will set-up their Fall schedule in their COUN 101A class during the summer
session, and receive their Spring schedule at an Education Planning workshop during
their Fall semester.
