Community College Completion Grant (CCCG)
The Community College Completion Grant (CCCG) is a grant that is given to eligible Cal Grant B and Cal Grant C students that have received a Full-time Student Success Grant (FTSS) award for the same term. The student must attend 15 units per term or be taking enough units to receive the FTSSG and complete their education program in the timeframe set up in their Student Educational Plan. A cumulative 2.0 GPA is required
The CCCG is paid to students attending in least 15 units at a rate of $750 per semester.
No payment is authorized in the program until the student receives a Comprehensive Student Educational Plan (CSEP) that maps out the path to receiving the student’s degree or certificate.
Students should contact their counseling department to set an appointment with a counselor and receive a comprehensive Student Education Plan.
The purpose of this new grant is designed to encourage faster completion of the student’s degree or certificate.
