The Foster & Kinship Care Education Program provides quality education and support to caregivers in order to meet the educational, emotional behavioral, and developmental needs of children and youth in out-of-home care. The workshops help to enhance and develop parenting skills related to caring for both foster children and children in a relative's care. Although our target audience is mainly foster parents and relative caregivers, our trainings are open to everyone in the community including parents, families, friends, social workers, group home staff, and any professionals who works with children.
