Cerritos College offers an excellent benefits package. The District provides medical, dental and vision benefits for eligible employees and their dependents. Life insurance coverage of $50,000 is also provided for each eligible employee. Retirement is earned through either the public Employee's Retirement System (CalPERS) that is also integrated with Social Security or State Teacher's Retirement System (STRS).
In addition all eligible employees will receive paid vacation, sick leave, and paid holidays. Additional life insurance for employee and/or dependents, income protection plans, tax shelter annuities and payroll deductions to credit unions are available under Cerritos College voluntary payroll deduction.
