EDUCATOR | BUSINESS OWNER | LEADERSHIP TRAINER

HI, welcome to my page. I'm an instructor in the Business Administration department at Cerritos College. I'm also president of InnerDrive Strategies, Inc, a management training and mystery shopping company. As well, I am a passionate Dale Carnegie trainer. I deliver the life-changing Skills for Success course and the World Class Customer Service course. In addition, I teach management courses at Northwood University. Lastly, I received a bachelors degree from UCLA and a masters from USC.

Through education I hope to make the world a better place... one student at a time.
