The annual Academic Excellence Awards Ceremony took place on March 29, 2012 at Cerritos College.
62 students out of 24,000 were selected across campus due to their high GPA and dedication to education within their chosen field of study.

Recent Scholorship Receipient
Congratulations to Richardthe latest receipient of the Boeing Technology Scholarship. The scholarship for $750.00 will be used in get Mr. Parton through his semesters before he transfers to U.C.I. Parton who recently received his A.A. degree in Electronics and Metallurgy/Materials Science and certificates in Welding and Nondestructive Testing. Richard has also received over 15 Specialty Certificates within the Metallurgy & Manufacturing Dept.
