ANNA DEMICHELE, newly appointed Director of the Choral and Vocal program at Cerritos College has also held appointments at Scripps College, Fullerton College, Mt. San Antonio College and The Claremont Graduate University. 

She is also Chancel Choir Director at California Heights United Methodist Church in Long Beach. Dr. DeMichele holds the degrees Doctor of Musical Arts and Master of Arts in conducting from The Claremont Graduate University and the Bachelor of Music degree and California Teaching Credential from California State University, Long Beach. 

She is active in Southern California as a choral and vocal adjudicator, guest conductor and vocalist. She has also served at the state level as a grant reader and reviewer of music performing groups for the California Arts Council and has been chorus master for the Classical Musical Festival in Eisenstadt, Austria.
