Made her Broadway debut in Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber's The Phantom of the Opera and has subsequently appeared as both the prima donna "Carlotta" and the ballet mistress "Madame Giry" with every company in the United States. Another of her favorite roles is the Mother Abbess in The Sound of Music which she has sung with several local companies. She has sung extensively throughout North America and Europe in operatic roles ranging from the Puccini heroines "Suor Angelica" and "Mimi" to Mozart's "Donna Anna." Her voice may be heard on the film scores of Empire of the Sun, Burglar, and Like Father, Like Son. She is lecturer in voice and music history at Cerritos. Ms. Dillon holds a bachelor's degree in voice and a Master's degree in choral conducting from the University of Southern California.
