OPTION F BOARD OF REGISTERED NURSING REFERRAL
Applicants for California licensure as registered nurses may be referred by the
Board of Registered Nursing to complete specific areas of nursing content prior to taking
the NCLEX-RN examination. The Nursing Program offers such applicants the
opportunity to complete nursing preparation as specified by the Board of Registered
Nursing.
PREREQUISITES: A valid letter of referral from the California Board of Registered
Nursing for completion of a specified area. NRSG 26 and NRSG 215 or equivalents with grades of Pass or “C” or higher.
