WHAT: The Cerritos College Southland/Cerritos Center for Transportation Technologies (SCCTT) is pleased to present a two-day workshop for automotive instructors on Monday, June 23 and Tuesday, June 24, 2008. The workshop will feature train-the-trainer activities on advanced diagnostics, clean air technology, alternative fuels and hybrid electric vehicles.
The highlight of the workshop is a rare showcase of a BMW Hydrogen 7 Series sedan. BMW of North America will bring out one of its 250 production hydrogen powered machines so the participants may view first-hand the future of clean transportation. This unique demonstration and a class on the Hydrogen 7 will be offered on site. The Hydrogen 7 is the world’s first production-ready hydrogen vehicle, however is not available for sale or lease at this time.
The workshop, as well as the rare H7 showing is a must-attend for this group, especially in this time of gas price hikes.
