Pound by Pound is our program that incorporates proper nutrition, productive training, and positive motivation. This is a Weight Management Program aimed to promote a healthier you!

Program Includes:

  • Free Exercise classes weekly (no credit)
  • Consultation with Licensed Dietician / Nutritionist
  • Support Group
  • Calorie Fat & Carbohydrate Counter books
  • Food and Exercising Journal
  • One-on-one diet counseling (appointment necessary)
