The toll-free number and the web site provide: Information on VA education benefits 24 hours a day / 7 days a week Ability to ask questions or end an inquiry Obtain information on your own benefit account if you receive Montgomery GI Bill Benefit Speak with an Education Case Manager Monday through Friday during normal business hours
