CMS Support Hours:
Live person support for the CMS is available for employees during the following times:
Monday - Friday: 8 am - 12 pm and 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Individual and group appointments are also available during the following times:
Monday - Thursday: 9 am - 12 pm and 1:30 pm - 4:30 pm
Friday: 1 pm - 3 pm (Except Summer Sessions)
Employees are also encouraged to look over the web handbook for tips on how to resolve any questions you may have regarding the CMS or schedule a training appointment. Depending on the nature of the support needed, an appointment to meet in the Innovation Center may be required.
