  1. These pages are maintained by the Web Administrator in Public Affairs with recommendations from the Web Standards Committee.
  2. No division/department should make a web page that contains their own version of the information found on these pages, but should link to these pages. Suggestions for corrections or additions to these pages should be forwarded to the Web Administrator.

  1. Web Authors will follow the approved Cerritos College design for all official web pages.
  2. Web Authors will make every effort to assure that the content is accurate and up-to-date.
  3. These pages will not be used for commercial use, except to promote Cerritos College functions.
  4. Web Authors will avoid obscene, abusive, and objectionable language and images.
  5. These pages will not contain slanderous, harassing, hate messages, or other material intended to incite violence or create a hostile environment.
  6. These pages will contain a date of last update, and the Web Author's address at the bottom of the page.
  7. "Alt" html tags will be used to insert text in place of graphics for non-graphical web browsers or for people with visual disabilities.
  8. Web Authors will not refer to web pages as "under construction" through use of graphics, text or marquee. The entire Web is ALWAYS under construction.
  9. Web pages at the top and second level should not be any longer than a single screen.
