This course is designed to enable the student to understand the functions of equipment used in industrial finishing operations. The basic chemistry of lacquers, enamels, stains and glazes will be covered. Instruction and practice will include the use of brush and the spray gun in coating various materials with emphasis on wood. This course may be take a maximum of 2 times.
