WMT 132 Chair Design and Construction      4.0 Units
Class hours: 2 lecture/6 lab
Prerequisite: WMT 103 or equivalent with a grade of Credit or “C” or higher.
Corequisite: None.
Recommendation: None.

This is a course in chairmaking for the advanced Woodworking Manufacturing Technology student. It includes the basic techniques of design, construction and production of chairs. The student will design and build both wood and exposed wood frame chairs. This course may be taken a maximum of 4 times.
