Prerequisite: WMT 102 or WMT 103 or equivalent with grades of credit or “C’ or higher.

This course introduces the student to the methods, materials, tools, and machinery used to process wood veneers. Topics include material identification, veneer selection, pattern layout, substrate selection, and clamping methods used to lay-up veneer on various types and shapes of substrates. This course may be taken a maximum of 2 times.
